The method comprises the following steps: receiving a deceleration fuel cut-off permission request sent by a transmitter management system under an accelerator closing sliding working condition; after the vehicle is in the accelerator closing sliding working condition,controlling the target torque of a starting and power generation integrated motor ISG to be zero based on the deceleration fuel cut-off permission request; and performing dynamic response diagnosis on the rear oxygen sensor. According to the method, the deceleration fuel cut-off permission request sent by the transmitter management system under the accelerator closing sliding working condition is received, and after the deceleration fuel cut-off permission request is received and the vehicle is in the accelerator closing sliding working condition, the target torque of the starting and power generation integrated motor is controlled to be zero, so that the engine enters the DFCO working condition similar to that of a traditional vehicle; an oxygen signal can be changed from thick to thin, so that a deceleration fuel cut-off working condition is created for response diagnosis of the rear oxygen sensor.
