According to the system, a water outlet of a mechanical water pump is connected with a first port of a double-thermostat assembly through a first water pipe assembly, and a water inlet of the mechanical water pump is connected with a second port of the double-thermostat assembly through a second water pipe assembly; the first end of a heat dissipation water jacket is connected with the water outlet of the mechanical water pump, and the second end of the heat dissipation water jacket is connected with a third port of the double-thermostat assembly; the first end of a radiator is connected with a fourth port of the double-thermostat assembly, and the second end of the radiator is connected with the water inlet of the mechanical water pump; the first end of a heater is connected with a fifth port of the double-thermostat assembly, and the second end of the heater is connected with the water inlet of the mechanical water pump.
