The invention discloses a hot data pull-up method and device, equipment and a medium, wherein the method comprises the steps: obtaining a statistical set when a target read request sent by a client is received; if the request object of the target read request exists in the statistical set, adding one to the statistical number of the request object of the target read request in the statistical set to obtain a target statistical number; if the target statistical number is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the request object of the target read request is hot data; when the request object of the target read request is hot data, if the target read request needs to be forwarded to the low-speed storage pool, reading target data from the low-speed storage pool, and reading target residual data from the high-speed cache pool; and pulling up the target data to the cache pool, merging the target data and the target residual data, and feeding back the merged data to the client.
