Abstract

The invention relates to a liquid discharge switch actuating mechanism for a beverage dispenser. The mechanism comprises a moving part and a driving device. The driving device is used for driving the moving part to move between an actuating position and a non-actuating position; at the actuating position, the moving part pushes a liquid discharge switch of the beverage dispenser to discharge a beverage, and at the non-actuating position, the moving part releases the liquid discharge switch of the beverage dispenser so as to stop discharging the beverage. The invention also relates to a dosing device for a beverage dispenser, comprising the aforementioned liquid discharge switch actuating mechanism, a weight sensor and a controller. The weight sensor is used for detecting the total weight of a cup placed on the dosing device for receiving a beverage from the beverage dispenser and the beverage contained in the cup. The controller is used for receiving a detection signal from the weight sensor and controlling the driving device of the liquid discharge switch actuating mechanism in response to the detection signal. The invention also relates to a beverage dispenser.
