The double-set intelligent terminal starting control loop comprises a first set of intelligent terminal starting control loop and a second set of intelligent terminal starting control loop; the first set of intelligent terminal starting control loop comprises a five-prevention lock, a remote control / on-site handle module, a remote control pressing plate, a first manual closing / manual opening starting relay module, a first switching-in module and a first execution module which are sequentially arranged from a direct current positive electrode; nodes 1 and 2 of the remote control / on-site handle module are connected with an on-site hand-closing / hand-separating handle module, and nodes 3 and 4 are connected with a measurement and control module; and the second set of intelligent terminal starting control loop comprises a second manual closing / manual opening starting relay module, a second switching-in module and a second execution module which are sequentially arranged from the direct current positive electrode, and further comprises a second three-phase closing outlet pressing plate module and a manual closing starting relay starting node which are connected with the first switching-in module.
