The flight route generation method comprises: determining an initial route (S100); determining a plurality of sampling points from the initial route (S200); determining a first preset height of each sampling point on the initial route (S300); when there is an abnormal sampling point whose first preset height is lower than the actual height among the plurality of sampling points, adjusting an abnormal leg including the abnormal sampling point in the initial route to obtain an adjusted leg (S400), wherein the adjusted leg does not include the abnormal sampling point and the actual height is the height of the target object at the position of the sampling point; and generating a first flight route according to the normal leg which is not subjected to leg adjustment in the initial flight route and the adjusted leg (S500).
