A head pressing type disposable safety hemostix capable of preventing secondary puncture comprises a shell, a needle core, a pushing device and a launching spring and is characterized in that a protrusion used for locking and a first interference face used for preventing secondary puncture are arranged on an elastic arm of the needle core in parallel, and the first interference face is lower than the top face of the protrusion; corresponding to the position of the first interference surface, a second interference surface is arranged on the inner wall of the pushing device, and meanwhile a first receding groove is formed in the inner wall, in front of the second interference surface, of the pushing device; a second receding groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the protrusion, of the inner wall of the pushing device, and the second receding groove is formed in the front of the second blocking face. On the pushing device, the front half portions of the first receding groove and the second receding groove are arranged side by side, and meanwhile the second interference face and the rear half portion of the second receding groove are arranged side by side. After the needle core is emitted for the first time, the first interference surface and the second interference surface are forced to rub in the retraction process of the needle core under the driving action of the spring, so that simple harmonic vibration is quickly attenuated, and secondary puncture of the needle core is avoided.
