Based on the method and the device, any algorithm in the algorithm set can respond to the algorithm enabling request to be deployed to the electronic equipment designated as the target equipment, and the electronic equipment designated as the target equipment is allowed to execute at least two algorithms in parallel, so that the dynamic deployment of the algorithms in the electronic equipment can be realized. Moreover, the algorithms deployed to the electronic equipment are subjected to matching degree verification of resource consumption of the algorithms and available resources of the electronic equipment, so that it is ensured that the electronic equipment has available computing power resources sufficient to enable each deployed algorithm to achieve expected performance; and on the basis of realizing the dynamic deployment of the algorithm, the expected performance of the algorithm on the electronic equipment can be ensured.
