The locking device comprises a fixing support, a limiting assembly, a locking execution assembly, a locking spring and an unlocking assembly. The limiting assembly is fixedly inserted into a limiting assembly mounting hole in the fixed bracket; the limiting assembly is provided with a center hole, an upper limiting table top and a lower limiting table top. The locking execution assembly is coaxially inserted into a center hole of the limiting assembly; a central through hole is formed in the locking execution assembly and is composed of a locking spring mounting hole section, a transition hole section and a locking action hole section from top to bottom, and the locking action hole section is a conical hole matched with the outer conical surface on the locking component in shape; a limiting matching part is arranged at the position, close to the lower end part, of the locking execution assembly; the locking spring is mounted in the locking spring mounting hole section, and a pressure spring piece is fixed to the upper end of the limiting assembly, so that the lower end of the locking spring is in downward pressing contact with the locking execution assembly; the unlocking assembly is connected to the lower portion of the fixing support and makes contact with the lower end of the locking execution assembly.
