The invention discloses a structural design and a realization way of a dual-opening-pressure and dual-displacement safety valve. The safety valve is provided with two different pressure regulation mechanisms capable of providing opening pressures of two different types and corresponding displacements, wherein a primary pressure-displacement regulating mechanism is composed of a valve body, a valve core, a main spring, a spring sleeve and a locking nut and provides the primary opening pressure and displacement of the safety valve; and a secondary pressure-displacement is composed of a valve core, a built-in valve core, a secondary spring, a regulation rod, a spring sleeve and a regulating nut and is used for providing the secondary opening pressure and displacement of the safety valve. The dual-opening-pressure dual-displacement safety valve is applicable to various air pressure systems, is used for releasing gas with pressure higher than the safe pressure of the systems and maintaining the safe operation of the system, and is especially applicable to a condition that the gas supply of the system is limited; when the pressure of the system is slightly higher, small displacement is needed for performing slow pressure relief, so that the gas in the system is prevented from being rapidly lost and being supplied. The safety valve is of an all-metal structure and is also applicable to high temperature systems.

Soft start control method and controller for electronic fan

The invention discloses a soft start control method and a soft start controller for an electronic fan. In the invention, soft start is realized by a variable duty ratio pulse-width modulation (PMW) wave control power metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) tube consisting of a triangular wave generating circuit, a remote control (RC) charge and discharge circuit and a comparator. A square wave signal u3 can be obtained by computing and designing a triangular wave generation circuit with a fixed frequency and by comparing a voltage u2 with a triangular wave signal u1 serving as a reference; when the voltage value u2 is continuously increased from zero to the peak value of the triangular wave signal u1, the duty ratio of the square wave signal u3 continuously reduces from 100 percent to 0 percent, so a signal of which the duty ratio continuously reduces from 100 percent to 0 percent and is finally stabilized at 0 percent is obtained; and thus, the function of soft start can be realized by usingthe signal to control a power switching tube. The voltage u2 can be generated by the RC charge and discharge circuit, and the time of the duty ratio which reduces from 100 percent to 0 percent can beadjusted by properly regulating the values of matched resistance and capacitance.

The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic control of engines and in particular relates to an isolation type power driving circuit which comprises power driving with photoelectric isolation, failure feedback with photoelectric isolation, an isolation driving and protective circuit and an isolation failure diagnosis circuit. The invention has simple structure and reliable function and effectively solves the difficult problems of electromagnetic compatibility and isolation high-power driving of an engine electric control system.
