Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a lily antiphlogistic pill in serving as or preparing a medicine for preventing and treating cisplatin acute kidney injury. The invention discusses the application of the traditional Chinese medicine Lily Gangjin Wan for relieving the cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury by using the Lily Gangjin Wan on a cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury in vitro cell model, wherein the Lily Gangjin Wan can nourish yin and moisten lung, and prevent phlegm from forming and stop coughing. Results show that the cis-platinum-induced acute kidney injury can be remarkably improved by using the lilium antiphlogistic pill on an in-vitro model for intervention treatment. According to the invention, a new application is developed for the utilization of the lily antiphlogistic pill, the treatment range of the lily antiphlogistic pill is expanded, and meanwhile, a new traditional Chinese medicine treatment method is developed for the disease of cisplatin acute kidney injury.
