The control method comprises the following steps: reading a three-dimensional direction and a three-dimensional angular velocity output by a direction and angular velocity sensor in a somatosensory operation object, and deviating according to the installation direction of the direction and angular velocity sensor in the somatosensory operation object; the three-dimensional direction and the three-dimensional angular velocity of the somatosensory operation object are calculated, and the three-dimensional angular velocity of the somatosensory operation object is converted into the three-dimensional angular velocity of the reference direction of an operator; and calculating the three-dimensional angular velocity of the somatosensory operation object in the observation direction of the operator, adjusting each component of the three-dimensional angular velocity of the somatosensory operation object in the observation direction according to a set coefficient, calculating the three-dimensional angular velocity of the somatosensory operation object in the driving direction according to the deviation between the driving direction and the observation direction, and outputting the three-dimensional angular velocity of the somatosensory operation object in the driving direction.
