Abstract

An aircraft seat is described having a seat bottom connected to a seat back and a linkage for tilting the seat. The tilt mechanism includes an actuator coupled to the tilt lock link. An actuator is movable between positions and moves the tilt lock link about a pivot point to facilitate movement of the seat between an upright position and a deployed position.
