Abstract

The invention provides a data protection method and device for a medical health record management system. The method comprises the following steps: collecting medical data of a user; performing standardization processing on the user medical data to obtain a numerical user data set; encrypting the data of the numerical user data set by using a HiLL reversible matrix encryption algorithm, and storing the encrypted data in a database; and performing restoration processing on the data stored in the database, and converting the restored data into desensitized data by using an improved algorithm based on K anonymous clustering so as to publish the desensitized data to a front-end display interface for visual display. According to the characteristics of different stages of a data life cycle, two different data encryption schemes are adopted: privacy protection of front-end data adopts an improved algorithm based on k anonymity; reversible matrix encryption is adopted for background data encryption, and therefore efficient privacy protection is carried out on medical data from the data life cycle.
