In the same reaction system, using different probes or molecular beacons, a total of 3 reaction tubes were used to detect multiple point mutation sites in the rifampicin resistance gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. According to the Ct value and ΔCt value of each point mutation in the system, the point mutation type of the drug resistance gene in the sample is determined. The ΔCt value is the difference between the Ct value in the mutation type amplification reaction result of the mutation site and the Ct value in the wild type amplification reaction result.
