Abstract

The invention relates to a biological metabolism marker composition for predicting the hypertension risk of teenagers. The biological metabolism marker composition is selected from two or more of hypoxanthine, miglittol, homocitrulline, tropine acid salt, thiolithocholic acid glycine, imidazole-5-yl-pyruvate, p-isopropyl benzaldehyde, L-proline, beta-cubeba oil alkene and 1-naphthylamine. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the biological metabolism marker composition. By utilizing a non-targeted urine metabonomics analysis method, differentially expressed metabolites between teenager hypertensive patients and teenagers with normal blood pressure are compared, potential biological metabolism markers are screened, and the kit has relatively strong clinical guiding significance on early diagnosis of teenager hypertension.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of clinical medicine, in particular to a biological metabolic marker for predicting the risk of hypertension in adolescents. Background technique [0002] Currently, hypertensive disorders, which show a continuing increase in cases and a younger onset trend, pose a severe disease burden to adolescents. The occurrence of hypertension in adolescence is closely related to future target organ damage (eg, coronary artery calcification, ventricular hypertrophy, and increased carotid intima-media thickness), and it is not only the strongest predictor of hypertension in adults, but also predisposes to premature death. At present, scholars at home and abroad agree that the earlier the onset of hypertension, the longer the treatment cycle, the greater the difficulty of control, and the worse the prognosis. Therefore, early identification and intervention of adolescent hypertension has important public health and clinical signi...
