Abstract

The invention provides a hydraulic adjusting mechanism which is used for driving a rear culvert ejector actuating cylinder and comprises a hydraulic oil tank, an oil supply pipeline and an oil return pipeline, and the oil supply pipeline is connected with the hydraulic oil tank and an oil inlet of the rear culvert ejector actuating cylinder. A booster pump set, a filter, a first one-way valve, a first electromagnetic valve and an electro-hydraulic servo valve are sequentially arranged on the oil supply pipeline in the direction from the hydraulic oil tank to the actuator cylinder. The oil return pipeline is connected with the hydraulic oil tank and an oil outlet of an actuator cylinder of the rear culvert ejector; the oil return pipeline is sequentially provided with an electro-hydraulic servo valve, a second one-way valve and a cooler in the direction from the actuator cylinder to the hydraulic oil tank; a second electromagnetic valve and an overflow valve which are connected in parallel are arranged between the oil return pipeline and the oil supply pipeline, and a rear culvert ejector actuating cylinder can be prevented from being damaged after overpressure of the hydraulic adjusting mechanism is adjusted by adjusting the working pressure of the overflow valve; hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank can be conveyed to an oil inlet of the rear duct ejector actuating cylinder through the oil supply pipeline after being pressurized by the booster pump set, and is returned to the hydraulic oil tank through the oil return pipeline.
