The present disclosure provides a processing device, system and method for blackboard-writing display, the processing device comprising: an extraction unit for extracting a first blackboard-writing image from a first image frame of a video and a second blackboard-writing image from a second image frame of the video; the complementing unit is used for determining a sheltered area of the second blackboard-writing image according to the target object segmentation map of the second image frame, and replacing the sheltered area of the second blackboard-writing image with a corresponding area of the first blackboard-writing image to obtain a third blackboard-writing image; the output unit is used for generating an output image frame based on the second image frame and the third blackboard-writing image, and the output image frame presents a picture of the target object behind the transparent blackboard-writing content; wherein the first blackboard-writing image is a blackboard-writing image with complete blackboard-writing data, and the second blackboard-writing image is a blackboard-writing image in which the blackboard-writing data needs to be completed due to target object shielding.
