[0020] refer to Figure 2A , The disposable lighter in the present invention includes a lighter body 1 and a fuel container 2 and an insert 10 forming the lighter body 1 . The insert 10 is provided at the open end portion of the fuel container 2 and welded to the contact surface of the fuel container 2 by an ultrasonic welding device. The valve 13 and the tube 12 are connected to the insert 10 part by penetrating the insert 10 . The upper part of the valve 13 is connected to the nozzle 14 . The spring 17 is inserted into a hole formed in the center of the insert 10, on which the flint 16 is placed. The ignition roller 15 is installed in contact with the ignition stone 16 . In actual operation, the flint 16, spring 17 and ignition roller 15 are preferably installed after the gaseous fuel is completely filled.
