A disposable lighter assembling and fuel filling device for filling gas fuel automatically into the lighter is provided. The lighter includes a fuel container and an embedded member for closing the fuel container. The embedded member includes a fuel filling hole formed along the depth direction of the embedded member, a protruding part formed on the inner wall of the fuel filling hole and a sealing cap inserted into the fuel filling hole. The device includes a transfer part, a embedded member welding part for welding the contact part between the embedded member and the fuel container, a gas fuel filling part for filing the gas fuel into the fuel container, and a sealing part for inserting the sealing cap into the lower part of the protruding part in order to hook the sealing cap by the protruding part to push the sealing cap into the fuel filling hole. Therefore, because the work speed in increased by the insert welding work, the gas fuel filling work and the automatic sealing work, so the labor cost is reduced and the leakage of the gas fuel is furthest reduced.
