React at room temperature overnight. The quaternization products of six amino acids and two peptides were detected by electrospray mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in situ. The results showed that amino acids and peptides were mainly quaternized and esterified products.

Abstract

It changes the catalyst potassium bicarbonate used in the original amino acid and peptide quaternization method into silver carbonate, and the reaction is carried out at room temperature. The product of the present invention is single (mainly amino acid quaternization and esterification products), and the silver iodide produced in the reaction process has a smaller solubility product.
