Embodiment

[0012] The experimental rats were grouped according to the random number table method, and were divided into model group and control group. The control group was: western medicine nimodipine control group; methyl ether, aloe-emodin, rhubarb dianthrone, palmate dianthrone) part of the control group.

[0013] The rheum glucoside powder was made into a suspension, and given to the test rats by gavage, once a day, the dose was 87.48mg·kg - d - ; Focal middle cerebral artery occlusion cerebral ischemia model was prepared by tying suture after intragastric administration for five days. After 4 hours, the morphological changes of the rats were observed, the neurological symptoms were scored, and then blood was taken from the abdominal aorta to prepare serum. Gained data compares with control group with SPSS10.0 statistical software processing, draws the following experimental results:

Abstract

The present invention is the use of anthraglucorhein in preparing medicine for treating ischemic cerebral vascular diseases. The treatment of experiment data with statistic software SPSS10.0 shows that anthraglucorhein and chrysophanic aglycon can improve the nerve symptoms of ischemic cerebral injury obviously, lower the water content of cerebral tissue, reduce pathologic picture blood and lower calcium ion content in cerebral tissue. The free radical activity determination of serum and cerebral tissue shows that anthraglucorhein and chrysophanic aglycon can protect cerebral tissue against injury, raise the level of protective cell factor and lower the level of injurious cell factor. The present invention lays the foundation for clinic treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular disease and thrombosis related diseases.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the use of rheum glycosides or rheum aglycones in the preparation of medicines for treating ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Background technique: [0002] Rhubarb is the root and rhizome of Rhubarb palmatum (Rheum.palmatam.L), Rhubarb tanguticum (R.tanguticumMacin.ex.Reg) and medicinal rhubarb (R.officinale.Baill) of Polygonaceae. Cold in nature and bitter in taste, it has the effects of purging heat and toxin, breaking stagnant stagnation, and promoting blood stasis. It is mostly used for constipation, delirium and madness, the onset of dysentery, vomiting of blood heat, amenorrhea due to blood stasis, etc. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that rhubarb has the effects of purging, antibacterial, anti-tumor, anti-hyperlipidemia, lowering blood pressure, invigorating the stomach, promoting gallbladder, protecting the liver, strengthening the heart, anti-inflammatory, delaying aging, and regulating immunity. one of ...
