When network bandwidth is insufficiency, based on principle of preferential guaranteeing transmission of audio data and reasonable quitting transmission of video data, connections of transferring audio data and transferring video data are adjusted. 'Reasonable quitting' means number of video frame in video data queue is limited. The invention guarantees transmission of audio data effectively in case of network bandwidth is insufficiency.
