Abstract

The invention is a method to identify the resistance to NaBuJing weeding agent in KanMaiNiang, dipping the seeds of KanMaiNiang in GA3 at 800-1000ppm or 0.2% KNO3 at 4 deg.C for 5 days; after seeding, adding in 7mL of weeding agent at gradient concentration of 0-8mg / L, and after 6 days, measuring length of seedlings and using SAS or SPSS statistic software to make nonlinear recurrence to get GR50 and resistance ratio R / S, i.e. concentration in resistant population inhibition RGR50 / that in sensitive population inhibition SGR50; if R / S>10, high-resistance, if 3<R / S<10, medium-resistance and if R / S<3, sensitive. The determined result is consistent with that of the whole plant. It is fast, low-cost and suitable for identification of resistance to NaBuJing weeding agent in large-area KanMaiNiang, monitors the occurrence of resistant weeds in time and provides effective basis for field management.
