Embodiment Construction

[0026] figure 1 is a block diagram of a computer network that can be used in the present invention, the computer network having a service A running figure 1 A first node or computer 10 of the network, a second node or computer 12 of the network running service B, and a third node or computer 14 of the network running service C as an authentication server. Service C of node 14 is a trusted service of service A of node 10 and service B of node 12 . It should be understood that instead of service C of node 14, user interaction may be used to provide the authentication functionality.

[0027]Each node 10, 12 and 14 may include a computer system 11 (only shown for node 10 for simplicity). It is also understood that the computer system 11 includes a monitoring function 8 and a storage function 9 . As is known, the storage function 9 may include internal and external computer readable media such as computer RAM or ROM memory, hard drives, magnetic tapes, disks, floppy disks, CD-RO...

Abstract

The present invention provides a system, method and program product usable in a computer network in which a first service on a first node is seeking a connection to a second service on a second node. A system is provided for exchanging and visualizing negotiation documents between these services when one of these services requires an agreement with another service before the connection is completed. A first service on a first node in the network provides a service provisioning document, and a second service on a second node provides a working document specification in response to receiving the service provisioning document from said first service. The first service displays a visual representation of the job document description for user acceptance of terms in the job document description. If the user accepts the job document specification, an agreement document is sent from the second service to the first service.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to visualization and automatic negotiation in a networked environment, and more particularly, to visualization and automatic negotiation for providing, supplying and contracting services in a networked environment. Background technique [0002] US Patent US 6,553,347 B1, issued April 22, 2003 to Tavor et al. for "AUTOMATIC VIRTUALNEGOTIATIONS", discloses a method for handling one-to-one and automatic virtual negotiations with a system more specific to the user-adjusted negotiation process. [0003] Pezzutti's "INTELLIGENT NETWORK PROVIDING NETWORK ACCESS SERVICES (INP-NAS) U.S. patent application publication US 2002 / 0032765A1 published on March 14, 2002 discloses a network access service, service activation and provision in a self-healing service network Intelligent Network. The system automatically detects user or installer events at the network site that accesses the system at the time of access. [0004] Solomon's "SYS...
