No. 10 / 696,154 filed Oct. 29, 2003 in the name of the Applicant, to which priority is claimed.FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0002] This invention relates generally to yoga and, more specifically, to a slip-resistant extremity covering dimensioned to fit snugly around an extremity of a person in order to enable a person to effectively and accurately practice proper yoga techniques without the danger of slipping or sliding due to perspiration.
