Abstract

A portable ultrasonic cleaning machine comprises a main body, held in a hand of a user; an ultrasonic wave generator, placed in the main body, generating ultrasonic waves for cleaning cloth or articles of clothing; a control circuit, connected with an electric power supply, for controlling operation of the ultrasonic wave generator; an opening in the main body, located next to the ultrasonic wave generator, allowing ultrasonic waves generated thereby to pass through; a holding plate which covers one side of the main body that inludes the opening, leaving a gap for inserting a piece of cloth or an article of clothing to be placed close to the opening, wherein a section of cloth or articles of clothing to be cleaned is placed close to the opening and cleaned by exposure to ultrasonic waves passing through the opening.
