This invention relates to the field of environmental
microbiology technology, and discloses a rapid aerobic degradation compound
microbial agent for use in ecological public toilets under overload conditions, its preparation method, and its application. The compound
microbial agent is composed of component A and component B at a live
bacteria ratio of 1:1-3. Component A includes a lipolytic strain of *
Pichia pastoris* FJQC-XJ-4 (CICC33293) acclimated under high organic load gradient conditions; component B includes a
bacteriocin-producing strain of *
Lactobacillus plantarum* bio-61663 (CICC24435). Under simulated overload conditions, the compound
microbial agent achieves an
organic matter degradation rate of 71.8% and a
fecal coliform kill rate of 99.8%. The agent exhibits a
high survival rate after 180 days of storage at
room temperature and is suitable for
emergency treatment of excessive
sewage loads in scenic areas, highway service areas, and other locations during holidays.
