According to the invention, the whole enclosed seawater pond is divided into two parts comprising a shellfish cultivation zone and a shrimp and crab cultivation zone by using a nylon net; meanwhile, an automatic aerator is arranged on one side of the shrimp and crab cultivation zone, which is close to the shellfish cultivation zone. Most of mesh holes of the nylon net for separating the shellfish cultivation zone from the shrimp and crab cultivation zone are controlled within 2-3 mm, and mesh holes with the diameters of 4-5 mm are arranged on a place with the width of not more than 2 mm, which is close to the direction of the automatic aerator, so that on the one hand, the cultivated shrimp and crab can be prevented from entering the shellfish cultivation zone from the shrimp and crab cultivation zone to clamp and eat the shellfish; and on the other hand, the shellfish cultivation zone and the shrimp and crab cultivation zone are relatively stable, and when the automatic aerator is started, water flow of the shrimp and crab cultivation zone is convenient to enter the shellfish cultivation zone quickly to replenish a shellfish bait. The enclosed seawater pond system for mixed aquaculture of intertidal shellfish, shrimp and crab, provided by the invention, has the advantages of simple structure and convenience for construction, and can prevent fish bait microalgae from being consumed completely when the shellfish biomass live weight is larger in rainy days, and ensure that the intertidal shellfish obtains enough fish bait in the whole cultivation period and a relatively stable water area ecological environment is provided for the shrimp and crab cultaivation.

The bacterial strain disclosed by the invention has mycelium biomass live-weight as high as 25g/kg, strong sclerotium generating capacity, pollution resistance, a low culturing contamination rate not greater than 2%, and short liquid fermentation time of 72 hours-96 hours, so that an excellent strain is provided for morchella esculenta wild resource protection and reproduction promotion.

By using the natural feed additive disclosed by the invention, the resistance of the laying hens to diseases caused by salmonellas is increased, and the survival rate of the salmonellas on the surfaces of eggs is reduced; the orexis of the laying hens is improved, the digestion of the laying hens is promoted, the composition of intestinal floras is optimized, the utilization rate of the feed is improved, and the cost of feeding is saved; and the survival rate and live-weight growth rate of the laying hens of a small age in days are increased, and the healthy growth and development of the laying hens are effectively promoted. The natural feed additive disclosed by the invention is antibacterial, long in duration time, and capable of promoting growth, strengthening the immune function, and getting effective fast.
