The application provides a method for constructing an acute stress
animal model. The method comprises the following steps: (1) on the first day to the next day, making the mice experience overnight illumination; (2) on the second day, making the mice experience a cold environment; (3) on the third day, making the mice experience
underwater trauma; and (4) on the fourth day, making the mice experience
electric shock. The acute stress
animal model constructed by the application can stably induce various behavioral changes such as
anxiety, fear, depression and enhanced startle
reflex, and is accompanied by physiological index changes such as HPA axis activation,
body weight reduction and
food intake reduction, so that the multi-dimensional
phenotype characteristics after acute stress can be more comprehensively reflected. The acute stress
animal model constructed by the application is significantly superior to the traditional model in terms of the degree of
coincidence with human complex trauma, the coverage range of symptoms and the stability of
phenotype, and the expected goal of constructing a composite acute stress model is better achieved.
