The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an upper structure of a screw-retained
implant. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: filling a working model for
implant restoration of missing teeth; fixing an
abutment on an
implant analog of the working model; manufacturing a
wax pattern of an inner crown of a
prosthesis and reserving a screw hole on a porcelain bridge surface at a butment part of the
wax pattern; removing the
wax pattern, embedding and
casting to manufacture the inner crown of the
prosthesis, and reserving the screw hole on a
casting surface; performing porcelain piling on the inner crown of the
prosthesis to manufacture an outer crown of the prosthesis and complete a
metal porcelain bridge; and closing a screw channel on the
abutment, which is communicated with the screw channel of the implant and bonding the
metal porcelain bridge on the
abutment for forming the upper structure of the implant. According to the manufacturing method disclosed by the invention, the manufacturing difficulty in a
technician office of the upper structure of the screw-retained implant can be reduced on the basis of retaining the repeatable
usability of the prosthesis, and the
dovetailing precision between the upper structure and the implant can be simultaneously effectively improved.
