petroleum coke production technology, and particularly relates to an integrated device for precise proportioning and homogenization of multiple raw materials for
petroleum coke. The device includes: a base plate, a rotating frame fixedly installed on the top of the base plate, a mixing drum rotatably installed inside the rotating frame, a rotating rod rotatably installed inside the mixing drum, several stirring rods fixedly installed around the rotating rod, a guide
nozzle fixedly installed on one side of the mixing drum, and a
drive motor fixedly installed at the bottom of the mixing drum, the output end of the
drive motor penetrating the bottom of the mixing drum and coaxially connected to the rotating rod; a power
assembly located inside the rotating frame and used to drive the mixing drum to rotate; and a
fixed frame fixedly installed on the top of the base plate and located on one side of the mixing drum. This invention allows for flexible adjustment of the total feed amount of corresponding raw materials by adjusting the rotation speed and frequency of the
drive motor, achieving precise proportioning of multiple types of
petroleum coke, ensuring consistency in the proportion of each batch of
mixed materials, and effectively improving the stability of the finished coke's indicators.
