SD diaphragm based on synergistic alcohol phase system interfacial polymerization and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of membrane separation materials and discloses an SD membrane based on synergistic alcohol phase system interfacial polymerization and a preparation method of the SD membrane. The SD membrane has high flux, controllable desalination rate and excellent operation stability. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a polymer into an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution; (2) continuing to add a pore-foaming agent to obtain a precursor solution; (3) carrying out vacuum defoaming treatment on the precursor solution, and blade-coating the precursor solution on a carrier to obtain a base membrane; (4) sequentially infiltrating the base membrane into the synergetic alcohol phase system solution and the oil phase solution to perform polyamide treatment to obtain an SD membrane; the synergetic alcohol phase system solution comprises an interfacial polymerization amine monomer, a diffusion regulator, a network building agent and a functional copolymerization monomer; the diffusion regulator comprises monohydric alcohol of which the number of carbon atoms is less than or equal to 3; the network building agent comprises polyhydric alcohol with the number of carbon atoms smaller than or equal to 3 or a polymer of the polyhydric alcohol; the functional comonomer comprises an alcohol amine compound with the number of carbon atoms less than or equal to 4; the oil phase solution includes an interfacial polymerization acyl chloride monomer.
