The invention relates to a hydrogenating treatment process of waste lubricating oil and particularly relates to a process for hydrogenating treatment of the waste lubricating oil by tandem type double-boiling-bed reactor. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps: a spherical prehydrogenating treatment catalyst is added into a first boiling-bed reactor, and a spherical main hydrogenating treatment catalyst is added into the second boiling-bed reactor; after being pressurized, the pretreated waste lubricating oil enters the first boiling-bed reactor from the bottom part ofthe first boiling-bed reactor, and under the action of the spherical prehydrogenating treatment catalyst, metal ions, colloid, asphaltene and residual carbon are removed by hydrogenation; the lubricating oil pretreated by hydrogenation and hydrogen flow out of an outlet at the upper part of the first boiling-bed reactor, and enter the second boiling-bed reactor from the bottom part of the second boiling-bed reactor, and under the action of the spherical main hydrogenating treatment catalyst, the deep hydrogenation refining is carried out to remove oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen and heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons; after the following fractional-distillation treatment for the lubricating oil refined by hydrogenation, excellent naphtha, diesel fraction, basic lubricating-oil fraction and a little amount of asphalt heavy component oil can be obtained.
