Said process comprises following steps: (1) arranging the pipe blank (2) into the straight part of variable curvature groove (41) of bend mold (4); (2) pressure machine descending moves to drive the bend punch pin (1) push the pipe blank (2) for bend transformation; (3) opening mould to attain elements (3). The moulds utilized in said invention comprises: a bend punch pin (1), a bend mould (4), a lower mould plate (5), a punch fixing plate (8), and an upper mould plate (9). Wherein, said bend punch pin (1) is mounted on the punch fixing plate (8) which is connected to the upper mould plate (9) via connection element (10); the bend mould (4) is under the bend punch pin (1) and above the lower mould plate (5); and the bend mould contains a variable curvature groove (41). Since the invention replaces traditional unchanged-curvature groove with variable curvature groove, said inventive process can distribute the integrated transformation into different steps to attain larger transformation in one bending process compared to unchanged curvature bend process, while it can attain larger bend angle and smaller bend radius. The invention can improve the transformation degree of pipe and the producing efficiency of bended pipe, with simple mould structure and practicality.
