The invention relates to a punch cutter covering material, which is combined with anvil block which has axial channel with preset transverse width, wherein the invention comprises: plastic sheet covering matter with first and second ends; the covering matter surrounds the anvil base, with outer circumference top working surface limited by longitudinal edge and linear transverse edge; the first and second ends at the working surface both have one end surface vertically suspended at the transverse edge; when the covering matter surrounds the anvil block, the first and second end surfaces are connected to form joint slit; and there are several compensated linked finger matters at the first and second ends, in the space between edge and working surface, to form protrusion vertically suspended from the covering matter; said protrusions selectively are linked to fix the covering matter on anvil block to combine the channel.
