Abstract

This invention provides a deceleration installation to rotate the diver hinge of springs. It includes two parts: regulating cam which is fastened to the rotation axis of the driver hinge of the twisting spring and friction regulator which is made up by four sections. These four sections are outside tube which is fixed on the moving shaft of the driver hinge of the twisting spring, compressed spring which is installed in the outside tube, gland and rubber pad which are respectively above and below the compressed spring and pendulum bar which is hinged to the outside tube. One ending of the pendulum bar is pressed on the gland while the other ending is deep into the curve groove which is on the regulating cam. This invention makes it possible to change the friction between hinges by adapting the torsional angle of the twisting spring, thus decrease the relative rotational speed of the two parts of the driver hinge.
