Abstract

A dispenser for manufacturing a flat panel display is provided to install an air bearing for slide support between a head unit and a head supporter to prevent generation of pollutants and minimize vibration and dust during slide movement of the head unit. A dispenser for manufacturing a flat panel display includes a frame. A stage is supported by the frame to load a substrate. A head supporter(130) is extended on a top side of the stage in an X-axial direction and both ends of the head supporter are supported by the frame. At least one head unit(140) is arranged at one side of the head supporter, having a nozzle discharging fluid on the substrate loaded at the stage. An X-axial actuator for a head unit slidably moves the head unit to the head supporter in an X-axial direction. A support bracket(160) is mounted at the head unit and supports slide movement of the head unit to the head supporter. At least one air bearing(170) receives air from the outside to rise the support bracket from the head supporter for smooth slide movement of the head unit.
