Abstract

The device is provided witha grinding head rotator at the output end of a rotary power shaft; the rotator is provided with symmetric blades which are parallel to the axis line of the pipe removed of the burrs and tightly attached to the internal wall of the pipe; meanwhile, the rotator is provided with symmetric radial blades which are vertical to the axis line of the pipe where the burrs are removed. The invention can remove the burrs in the internal diameter direction and in the axial external side direction of the end surface of the pipe respectively; in the deburring process, the pipe where the burrs are removed keeps statical, and the burrs are removed by the rotation of the grinding head; the invention has the advantages of good deburring effect, no chamfering at the end of the pipe, convenient operation.
