Embodiment Construction

[0048] The system for influencing and treating the air of at least one room 4 is essentially a combination of devices both for temperature regulation of the at least one room 4 and for ionization of the supply air.

[0049] The first air quality sensor 12 is located in the external air duct 7 of the air handling device 1 . In the air supply duct 8 between the air treatment device 1 and at least one room 4, at least one ionization device 2, an ozone sensor 13, an air humidity sensor 14, an air flow sensor 15 and at least one device 3 for air temperature regulation are connected. The air supply duct 8 is coupled to the device 5 of chamber type and forms part of the room 4 . On the air exhaust duct 9 of at least one room 4, both the exhaust air duct 10 ending outwards and the circulation air duct 11 connected with the air treatment device 1 are connected. A second air quality sensor 16 is arranged in the circulating air duct 11 . A first air sensor 12 , an ozone sensor 13 , an ...

Abstract

The invention relates to systems for influencing and treating the air of at least one room by both tempering and ionizing the supply air. Said systems are characterized particularly in that they ensure high air quality while delivering air in a draft-free and thus comfortable manner. The high air quality is ensured by means of controlled ionization of the supply air while the room temperature is ensured via an air-tempering apparatus. The draft-free and thus comfortable delivery of air is based on at least one chamber-type or hood-type device which forms part of the room and is coupled to thesupply air duct of the at least one room. A wall that separates said device from the room is provided with ports which ensure convection of the tempered supply air into the room, said supply air beinginfluenced using ionization. Said ports are configured such that the tempered air that is influenced using ionization can flow into the room without creating a draft which can be felt by humans and without generating any perceptible noise.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system for influencing and treating the air of at least one room by both tempering and ionizing the supply air. Background technique [0002] It is known to treat room air as well as breathing air with ionization devices. In this way, bacteria and other germs are killed and large molecules are broken into small molecular fragments. Compounds and macromolecules among them are also odorants, thus using air ionization to suppress the odor load. Furthermore, even unhealthy load conditions in the indoor air are eliminated and airborne microorganisms are effectively reduced. [0003] On an ionization device, an electric field between two electrodes harnesses electrical energy to produce ions by impact ionization through a gas discharge. For this purpose it is known to use ionization tubes in the form of glass tubes, the inner coating and the outer side being electrically conductive. For this purpose it is known that the tubular...
