Problems solved by technology

If the action pressure of the explosion-proof device is higher than the pressure of the precursor pressure wave, or the delay time of the action of the explosion-proof device exceeds the time required for the flame to reach the device, the inhibitor released by it will land at the rear of the flame zone, or even fall on the flame zone. After the flame zone, the flame front that is not affected by the inhibitor will continue to propagate forward, and the explosion-proof device will not be able to block the explosion.

example 1

[0013] Example 1. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a combustible explosion in a confined space. 1 is the back wall, 2 is the front wall, 3 is the explosion site, and the front wall 2 (also Two vacuum chamber devices 4 for suppressing the explosion of combustible materials can be preset in the rear wall 1). The vacuum chamber device 4 is sealed to face the space where explosion may occur. According to the actual situation on the site, the vacuum chamber device 4 can Set multiple. The vacuum chamber device 4 is composed of a vacuum shell 4-1 and a weak panel 4-2 embedded in its seal. The inner surface of the vacuum shell 4-1 is covered with a wave-absorbing energy-absorbing layer 4-3, which absorbs energy Layer 4-3 is made of non-flammable or non-combustible materials with special shapes on the surface, such as porous or net-like asbestos layer materials; as shown in Figure 3. The weak panel 4-2 is made of fragile materials with certain compressive strength, such as glass or ceram...

example 2

[0014] Example 2, Figure 2, is basically the same as Example 1, except that a vacuum chamber device 4 is preset in the front wall 2 and the rear wall 1 of the passages on the left and right sides of the explosion site 3. In some cases, two vacuum chamber devices 4 can also be preset.

Abstract

The invention relates to method and device for inhibiting detonation propagation of combustible substance. The method includes pre-installing (in tunnels or walls) multiple vacuum chamber units having sealed ends facing the spaces where explosion might happen. The vacuum chamber units have inner surfaces coated with wave / energy absorbing layer, and have sealed ends provided with weak panels capable of being broken by environmental pressure variations. When explosion happens, the vacuum chamber receives the explosion shock; the weak panels are broken, expansion air, explosion shock and energy are absorbed by the vacuum chamber, as the chamber is negative pressure and vacuum, it can absorb the explosion shock and energy to inhibit maximatily the detonation propagation of the explosion shock and energy, thereby damage is reduced.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method and transposition for suppressing the explosion of combustibles, and is especially suitable for mine tunnels with potential safety hazards and combustibles and explosions, and also suitable for other restricted spaces where combustibles explosion danger exists. Background technique [0002] According to literature and media reports, the casualties and property losses caused by combustible explosions in the world are huge. In our country, coal mine gas and coal dust explosions occur from time to time, and their catastrophic consequences are very serious. In order to solve this problem, flameproof sheds such as sinks, water bags and rock powder sheds are widely used in the production process of coal mines, also known as passive flameproof sheds, which belong to passive flameproof devices and use water and rock dust as flame suppressants respectively. The flame suppressant requires high quality and suf...
