[0036] 1) Take 50g of urea, 150g of glycerin, 3g of sodium lauryl sulfate, 6g of triethanolamine and add distilled water to 430g as the water phase;

Abstract

The invention relates to a compound all-trans vitamin A acid dispersible paste and the preparation method and application. The all-trans vitamin A acid dispersible paste comprises all-trans vitamin A acid 10-50 units, beclomeasone propionate 10 -50 units, urea 5000-20000 units and base material 80000-95000 units. The method for preparing paste comprises following steps: (1) collecting 50 -65g urea, 150-180g glycerin, 3-5g dodecyl sodium sulfate, 6-10g triethanolamine, adding water into them unti the weight reaches 400-450g, (2) taking 20 -40g glycerel monostearte, 100-120g geoceric acid, 50 -70g white petrolatum, 190-200g liquid paraffin and 1-3g phenethyl ester as oil phase; (3)putting the two phases into container, heating until dissolution, keeping it at 60-80 Deg. C, pouring oil phase into aqueous phase, adding 0. 125-1g all-trans vitamin A acid, 0. 125-1. 5g beclomeasone propionate, stirring. The paste can be coated on cicatrix directly to prevent cicatrix recurrent, reduce cicatrix coloring matter deposition and promote cicatrix recovery.
