Problems solved by technology

However, in the traditional magneto-optical spectroscopy system, since the sample is immersed in liquid helium, it brings certain difficulties to how to observe and locate low-dimensional materials, and to perform magneto-optical spectroscopy tests on specific positions of these low-dimensional materials.

Embodiment Construction

[0033] Please refer to FIG. 1 , a temperature-variable microscopic magneto-optical spectroscopy system of the present invention includes:

[0034] A laser LS, the output laser is used to excite the fluorescence spectrum of the sample S, the laser output from the laser LS is filtered by the band-pass filter BF to filter out the laser plasma line, and then reflected by the first beam splitter BS1, and then passes through the second After the beam splitters BS2 and BS3 are focused by the microscope objective lens LNS to the surface of the sample S in the cooling head of the refrigerator BT, the first beam splitter BS1 can be replaced with a notch filter NF or a cut-off filter EF;

[0035] A refrigerator BT is used to control the temperature of the sample S, and the sample S is placed in its cooling head;

[0036] A superconducting magnet Dewar MG with a room temperature hole in the center provides a magnetic field for magneto-optical spectroscopy, and the cooling head of the refr...

Abstract

A variable-temperature microscope magneto-optic spectrum system comprises a laser, a refrigerator for controlling the temperature of sample, a superconducting magnet with a central hole at room temperature for providing the magnetic field of magneto-optical spectrum, a laser incident path for leading and focusing output laser of the laser to the surface of sample in a refrigerator head to excite fluorescence spectrum of sample, a sample detect path for detecting the laser which passes a first beam splitter and a microscope object lens to be focused on the preset position and a relative focus condition on the surface, a signal collect path for transmitting fluorescence signal via a multi-mode optical fiber to a spectrometer to measure spectrum, an optical fiber detect path for washing the positions of fluorescence signal and laser reflective signal, to assure the sample fluorescence signal to be effectively collected by the multi-mode optical fiber, and a detector relative to the spectrometer, at one end of the multi-mode optical fiber to disperse and measure the fluorescence signal of sample.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of spectral analysis, in particular to a temperature-variable microscopic magneto-optical spectroscopy system of semiconductor materials. Background technique [0002] Magnetic field is one of the commonly used external perturbation conditions in semiconductor material research. The magnetic field mainly affects the state of the electrons in the semiconductor without affecting the lattice vibrational state, so the semiconductor magneto-optical spectrum is largely determined by the electrons. The introduction of parameters such as magnetic field in optical experiments can add a lot of information, which makes magneto-optical spectroscopy an important means to characterize the properties of semiconductor materials and magnetic semi-metallic materials. [0003] Temperature is also a very important external perturbation condition in the study of semiconductor materials. Typically, many magneto-optical spectra ...
