Embodiment Construction

[0027] Next, preferred embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described.

[0028] 1 to 8 show examples. In the drawing, 2 is a storage system, 4 is an automated warehouse, and a plurality of automated warehouses 4 are arranged in parallel to form an automated warehouse system 6 . In the automated warehouse 4, a stacking crane 8, which is an example of an in-warehouse transport mechanism, is installed to transport articles between shelves 10, 11 and a station 12 for storage and delivery. A trolley system 14 is installed in the automated warehouse system 6 , and the trolley 15 is driven to transport articles between the conveyor belts 16 to 20 and the station 12 . For example, the conveyor belt 16 is a conveyor belt for selection, which is used to select items from the bins that have been put into storage, and put the selected bins back into storage. The conveyor belt 18 is a conveyor belt for incoming goods and outgoing goods, and transports articles betwe...

Abstract

At the time of warehousing of an article, an ID tag attached to the article is read and memorized in a CPU in a manner associated with a bucket, and data and shelf address of the article are written in an ID tag of the bucket. A stacker crane reads the ID tag of the bucket and stores the bucket into the written shelf address. Management and transportation of articles stored in the warehouse can be facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to storage systems such as automated warehouses and flat warehouses, and automated warehouses as a single unit. Background technique [0002] There is known a storage system in which storage items are managed by attaching RFID tags to them. For example, when the data of the RFID tag is read when the goods are received, the data of the received goods can be automatically acquired (Patent Document 1). Even so, however, it is impossible to manage where each item is located within the storage system. Only by reading the data of the ID tag of the incoming goods, although it is possible to manage where the goods are in the storage system, the specific location of the goods cannot be tracked. [0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-104632 Contents of the invention [0004] An object of the present invention is to track the location of each article in the storage system. [0005] The added object of th...
