When the motor rotates, the eccentric wheel elliptically rotates to drive the slide link and the crank to make the rotating shaft produce an angle-displacement reciprocating movement. As the rotating speed of the motor can be regulated continuously, the oscillation frequency of the angle-displacement mechanical oscillator can be regulated continuously in a wide frequency range.
