Base stations send signals at the proprietary channel; the mobile terminal demodulates the signals sent at the proprietary channel. The invention solves the problem of the synchronous sustainable maintenance of the mobile terminal and the network in the time division communication systemwhen transmitting inconsecutively, thereby enabling the DTX technique to be carried out well in the TD-SCDMA system and improving the synchronous maintenance capability of the DTX time greatly. No matter how long the interval of the DTX is, the terminal can maintain the accurate synchronization with the network.
