Abstract

The device has a ventilator sleeve (1) inserted into an opening of a transmission, and a ventilator connector (3) axially movable relative to the sleeve, where the connector is inserted into the sleeve. The connector seals a passage of the sleeve in a position by using a sealing unit (2), and releases the passage of the sleeve in another position. The sleeve has a front sleeve section (4), which is sealingly inserted into a housing of the transmission, and a rear sleeve section (6) that is arranged outside of the housing.
