The invention relates to an implementing method for redundant backup between ring networks and is called DT-ring+ for short. A network topology of the method is as shown in Figure 1. The implementing method is firstly characterized in that a function of mutual backup of two ring networks through two link circuits is provided and the time of redundancy switching is less than 30ms; secondly a DT-ring+ protocol is initialed between a Ring 1 and a Ring 2 when the topology structure as shown in the Figure 1 is formed, and is only initialed in Switches B and C, the Switch B is provided with a DT-ring+ ring port 1 (which is in a Forwarding status) and the Switch C is provided with a DT-ring+ ring port 2 (which is in a Blocking status); no DT-ring+ protocol is initialed in Switch E and Switch G.
