Embodiment Construction

[0022] The embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings: this embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and detailed implementation methods and specific operating procedures are provided, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the following the described embodiment.

[0023] Step 1, the IEEE802.15.4 protocol stipulates that the BE value varies between the minimum value macMinBE and the maximum value aMaxBE, aMaxBE is set to 8, and macMinBE is set to 1.

[0024] Step 2, dynamically adjust the backoff index BE, specifically:

[0025] First judge whether the transmission is the start of a new superframe, and if so, perform the following steps:

[0026] Step 1. If no data was successfully transmitted during the previous superframe, reset macMinBE to min[lastBE+1, 8] at the beginning of this superframe;

[0027] Step 2. If there is da...

Abstract

The invention discloses a dynamic adjustment method based on an IEEE802.15.4 retreated index, which belongs to a wireless LAN technology filed, a superframe or last time transmission state is judged, the initial value of current retreated index is dynamically adjusted, if a node has a successful data transmission in the last time of the superframe, or has a last time successful data transmission in the same superframe, a competition window size is minished through minishing an initial current retreated index when the next transmission is started; contrarily, if the node does not have the successful data transmission in the last time of the superframe, or does not have a last time successful data transmission in the same superframe, a competition window size is enlarged through adding the initial value of the retreat index when the next frame is started; if both of above are not established, the initial value of the retreat index is set the same as an energy saving mode2.The invention decreases consumption of a low speed wireless LAN and increased the throughput performance of the network.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method in the technical field of wireless transmission, in particular to a backoff index-based dynamic adjustment method. Background technique [0002] For reducing the energy consumption of wireless networks, predecessors have done a lot of work. Part of the research work is based on power control schemes to reduce the energy consumed by the network in the transmission phase to reduce the total energy consumption of the network; while others reduce the wireless network by improving the CSMA-CA (Carrier Sense Point Access-Collision Avoidance) mechanism. Collision or retransmission probability, thereby reducing network energy consumption. IEEE 802.15.4 (the technical standard of the American Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers for wireless personal area networks) sets the minimum default value of BE (backoff index) to 3, then each time CSMA-CA starts, the backoff time is between 0 and 2 minBE Choose randomly b...
