Abstract
The invention aims to provide a method for preparing acryloxy alkylalkoxyl silane in a general formula I, in particular preparing organic silane containing methacryloxy and acryloxy. The method is based on a reaction of alkali metal methacrylate and chlorinated alkylsilane and a reaction of alkali metal acrylate and the chlorinated alkylsilane in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst. Moreover, the invention also discloses a method for post-treating and purifying crude product fractions, wherein, a high-purity product can be obtained with high yield. Moreover, the invention also discloses a method for stabilizing the silane and a composition containing the acryloxy alkylalkoxylsilane, a method for preparing the composition and an application of the composition. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a siliceous paint vehicle and a siliceous pigment based on the composition.
Description
Technical field: A subject of the present invention is a process for the preparation of acryloyloxyalkylalkoxysilanes, in particular of organosilanes containing methacryloxy and acryloyloxy groups, also referred to below as acryloylsilanes. The method is based on the reaction of alkali metal methacrylates and alkali metal acrylates with chloroalkylsilanes in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst.
