The invention relates to a double-layer sand mold of a vehicle front brake disc and a casting technique thereof; the double-layer sand mold consists of sand molds which are buckled up and down, sand cores which are buckled up and down as well as a middle clapboard sand core clamped in the middle; the sand cores which are buckled up and down and the middle clapboard sand core clamped in the middleare casted to form a brake disc which consists of an assembling neck, a central assembling hole, an upper brake surface, a lower brake surface, radiating ribs and radiating holes between every two radiating ribs; the sand cores which are buckled up and down and the middle clapboard sand core clamped in the middle are provided with mold holes which are reverse to the brake disc; the technique thereof includes: casting an upper sand mold and a lower sand mold; manufacturing a combined sand core; arranging the combined sand core into the sand mold, casting and shaping into two brake discs after closing the mold.
