Problems solved by technology

[0004] On the above-mentioned electrical products, the transparent cover plate 3 is designed in the form of a large lens, and the light to be expressed will be scattered through the large lens, making it difficult to clearly express the different states of the product
The use of large lens structures in current low-voltage electrical appliances cannot achieve local light guides, and the use of local light guide beams cannot meet the design requirements of large lenses

Embodiment Construction

[0042] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0043] see image 3 , which is a schematic diagram of the large lens structure used in the man-machine interface of low-voltage electrical appliances of the present invention.

[0044] Such as image 3 As shown, on a low-voltage electrical product, the light source 101 is arranged on a light source carrier 102 . The light emitted by the light source 101 is seen by the user through the transparent cover assembly 105, so that the cover assembly 105 forms a man-machine interface or a panel. The light source 101 can be, for example, a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp, and the change of the light emitted by the light source can express different states of the product, for example, red light indicates a warning, and green light indicates that the product is working normally.

Abstract

The invention provides a low-voltage electrical appliance product comprising: a light source; a light source carrier, on which the light source is arranged; and a transparent cover board component which covers at least one part of the surface of the low-voltage electrical appliance product. The light which is emitted by the light source is radiated to the outside through the transparent cover board component. The transparent cover board component comprises: a big lens; a conical light guide part, which is arranged on one side of the big lens close to the light source, and guides the light emitted by the light source to the big lens; and a protruding light guide part, which is on the other side of the big lens, thereby the light is refracted by the protruding light guide part to be radiated after passing through the conical light guide part and the big lens. The conicity of the conical light guide part is designed to be able to carry out the total reflection of at least 50 percent of the light which is incident on the side surface thereof. The invention further discloses a local light guide device used in the big lens of the low-voltage electrical appliance product.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a low-voltage electrical appliance product, in particular to the light guide part in the man-machine interface of the low-voltage electrical appliance, more specifically, it is a large lens local light guide device in the man-machine interface of the low-voltage electrical appliance. Background technique [0002] Electrical products express different states of the product through changes in the light emitted by the light source (such as the LED light installed on its man-machine interface). For example, a red light indicates a warning, and a green light indicates that the circuit is normal. And these products are usually covered by a transparent cover, and the design of the large lens is required in the appearance of the product. [0003] For example, figure 1 Shown is a partial schematic view of the human-machine interface of the low-voltage electrical apparatus 10 of the prior art, figure 2 for figure 1 A schematic diagra...
